Seed Library Guidelines 🌱

To help keep the Seed Library fair and available to everyone, please keep these guidelines in mind:

  1. One Seed Set per Household
Each household may request one seed set at a time. A seed set contains six seeds of one specific variety.

  2. Requests Every Two Weeks
Due to limited inventory, households may submit one request every two weeks.

  3. Include Alternate Choices
Please list up to four alternate seed choices in order of preference in case your first choice is unavailable.

  4. Limited Supply
Our seed supply is limited, so we will fulfill requests as seeds are available.

  5. Temporary Pauses
If supplies run low or requests become backlogged, the Seed Library may pause requests. Updates will be shared when seeds become available again.

How to Request Seeds 🌼

To help keep the Seed Library fair and available to everyone, please keep these guidelines in mind:

  1. Choose Your Seeds
Review the Seed Library Catalog and select your preferred seed variety, along with at least one (ideally three) alternate choices.

  2. Visit The Library
During open hours, bring your list to the  Library and select your seeds from the Seed Library catalog.

  3. Email Your Request
If the library is closed, email your request with your seed choices to:northuniversityseedlibrary@yahoo.com.

  4. Pick Up Your Seeds
Once your request is fulfilled, stop by the North University Community Library to pick up your seed package. Seeds will be held for 7 days, after which unclaimed seeds will be returned to the library so others can request them.
